                                                 Christopher Henderson is pleased to launch Lumos Energy, a new independent Canadian company.  At the time of the public launch, the following announcement was made by President, Christopher Henderson. 

                                                 “It is with great pleasure that I inform you about the public launch of a new Canadian company, Lumos Energy. Lumos Energy is the enterprise through which I shall act as Clean Energy Value Advisor to projects and ventures as the company’s President.

I shall also continue my long association with The Delphi Group which I deeply value as one of the company’s founders. Going forward I shall serve as Delphi’s Executive Chairman, supporting CEO Mike Gerbis to take Delphi from strength to strength. I shall continue to play a leadership role on major Delphi files, and help guide the company’s business strategy.
