 January 24, 2008                    Lumos ACE (Aboriginal Clean Energy) Network announces first two scheduled ‘Learning Circle’ Teleconferences on Clean Energy Development for Aboriginal communities

                                                 The ACE Network is a special feature of Lumos’ services. ACE offers Aboriginal communities and leaders information and advice to build their capacity to develop clean energy projects. The first two ‘Learning Circle’ Teleconferences of ACE have been scheduled. Join Chief Judith Sayers from the Hupacasath First Nation of Vancouver Island, and office Trevor Jones on Thursday, February 7th, and 1:00 pm EST to hear about: Planning and Development of a Small Hydro Project: From A to Z. Join Peter Kirby and Stuart Simpson from Atlin, BC who will speak about: The Unique Features of Developing an Off-Grid Clean Energy Facility on Thursday, April 10th at 1:00 pm EST. Participation is only open to members of Aboriginal communities.
